What we collect

How we use it
To operate MN Global Hub — verify identities, show listings, enable chat, generate invoices, and keep the platform safe. We never sell your personal data.
ID documents
Uploaded ID images are stored privately, accessible only to our verification team through an authenticated admin channel, and are never shown publicly or served at a guessable URL. Raw ID images may be deleted after a retention period of up to 90 days once verification is complete; we keep only a record that verification took place (your user ID, the verification date, and the document type).
Message review
Chat messages may be reviewed by our team to investigate scam reports or disputes, as is standard on marketplace platforms.
Data protection law
We aim to handle personal data consistently with applicable data protection laws. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may close your account at any time.
