Exam plans
Exam-prep plans are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not completed a full timed paper. After that, access is granted for life and is non-refundable.
Car & marketplace listing fees
Listing fees are refundable only if your listing is rejected by our moderation team. Fees for listings that go live are non-refundable, including if you remove the listing early.
Marketplace boosts
Boost and featured-placement fees are non-refundable once the boost has started, as the placement is delivered immediately.
How to request a refund
Email us via the contact page with your account email and the transaction reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Buyer–seller transactions
MN Global Hub is a platform, not a party to sales between users. Refunds for goods bought from another user are arranged directly with that seller; we can help mediate disputes but do not process those refunds.
